Wrong! Congress Has No Say in Changes to the ACA (Obamacare)

#Obamacare #tcot #teaparty #teapartypatriots - I think we conservatives and anti-ACA commentators are getting it all wrong when we say that Congress has the right and responsibility to approve any changes to the ACA. The ACA gives the HHS Secretary and the President full power to unilaterally make any changes to the Act they desire. That portion of the Act would need to be rescinded before Congress would have a right to interfere with any changes the Secretary or the President make.
