Why bother with new Amnesty bill? Just extend the last one.

. @johnboehnor In the interest of saving a lot of time and money, including the dollars the establishment House-Maid Boehner will spend to pay a consultant to tell him how to do his job, why bother passing yet another amnesty bill? It would be much less expensive to simply ignore existing immigration laws and promises, rather than coming up with new immigration laws and promises to ignore. If the establishment Republicans (aka RINOs) insist on amnesty despite the protestations of the Republican base (aka ROLs, people who embrace the Rule of Law), the least they can do is make the whole thing less expensive by simply renewing and extending the amnesty law passed back in the 1980's. I recognize the attraction of a shiny new law that Congress and the POTUS can ignore, with the concomitant buzz they will receive through a new opportunity to demonstrate even more noblesse oblige toward this special class of lawbreakers. I just don't think it is worth the added cost of a consultant, plus the invaluable time that our 20%-approval rating Congress would be required to spend in drafting and passing the new law. #gop #Conservative #rino #amnestybill
