We need a Perpetual Postponement Act to Amend the Affordable Care Act

Enough of these ACA postponement announcements already. I propose an amendment to the ACA, to be known as The "Perpetual Postponement Act." The PPA would extend the ACA enrollment automatically on a daily basis until healthcare.gov is finished, including the ability to enroll, have your information submitted correctly and securely to the insurance company, make your payment securely, and so forth. We need this act. Based on the criteria set forth for determining that healthcare.gov is truly completed and ready for error-free use, it makes sense to pass this amendment. There is no reason we should be forced to read news stories regarding the latest extension every two or three days for the next 3 years (or longer, given that healthcare.gov likely will never work as promised).
