Obamacare in the Eyes of Robert "Pollyanna" Reich: What, Me Worry?

Only in Academia can you argue that a new failed policy is not a failed policy in comparison to past failed policies. Only in Academia can you argue that the success of a law or policy is measured solely by its survival (which automatically makes every bill passed by Congress a "success," as nothing is ever scaled back or repealed once passed).

If the Republicans have their revered relics in the likes of Bob Dole and John McCain (and coming soon to a theater near you, Mitch McConnell and John Boehner), the Democrats certainly can counter with the likes of +Robert Reich.

Apparently, for the likes of Mr. Reich, Obamacare is like the neo-Darwinist theory of the Origin of Man: All we have to do is wait a few million years and it will miraculously evolve into something impossibly good.

Side Note: To me, Reich has always sported a bit of a mini-werewolf look. Come to think of it, his articles seem to come out only when there is a full moon. Coincidence? I think not.
