Fear, Loathing and Applicant Tracking Systems

Two of the online job application symbols (among many) that stir up fear, loathing and dread in the hearts and minds of job applicants. God help them all if the antiquated, frustrating and oft-broken online employment application system that consists largely of botched implementations of seriously designed-flawed Applicant
Tracking System (ATS) software should survive much longer. If you are a provider of ATS software and you feel left out because your logo does not appear here, let me know and I will re-post and include your logo. Otherwise, count yourself fortunate that I am weary from the drudgery that the online application process has become and I don't have the time or energy to ensure inclusiveness.

My apologies to those current job seekers who might be viewing this at the end of a long job-day or during the dinner hour.
